Workshop on Multilingual Education

On October 22-24, Ilia State University will host a workshop on multilingual education, organized within the framework of the TEMPUS-DIMTEGU (“Development and Introduction of Multilingual Teacher Education Programs at Universities of Georgia and Ukraine”, Coordinator Nino Chubinidze). Dr. Claudia Polzin-Haumann and Dr. Christina Reissner, German Professors of Saarland University, will take part in the workshop.

Dr. Elizabeth Fenor, Head of Tbilisi Information Center of DAAD (linguist, specialized in the second language learning, content and language integrated learning) and Gerlinde Massoudi, Deputy Director of Tbilisi Goethe Institute (Specialist of the second language learning in preschool age), will also take part in the activity.

The workshop will be held in the Multimedia Lab E-207, equipped in frame of TEMPUS project. The Lab is scheduled to open on October 22, at 13:30.
