About the Speaker:

Dr. Paulina Rytkönen is an Associate Professor of Economics at Södertörn University in Sweden. She specializes in entrepreneurship, industry transformation studies and business development in agri-food sector. She is an expert on geographical indications and on growth issues in rural businesses. She is also Sweden’s leading wine market and history researcher.
