On September 28, at 18:30, at Ilia State University Book House “Ligamus”, acclaimed researcher of the Soviet and Post-Soviet Russian politics and society, Prof. Alyona Ledeniova will deliver a public lecture on the topic the Universe from Beneath: Materials from Global Informality Project.

Alyona Ledeniova serves as a professor at University College London and is considered world-level expert in informal governance in Russia. She is interested in corruption, economic crimes, Russia’s informal governance, and informal practice of corporate governance and patron-client relationships in Russia, as well as other countries of the world.
