
Ilia State University and the Georgian Association for Public Opinion Research will hold a Winter School “Public Opinion Research” in cooperation with the National Democratic Institute and the International Republican Institute on November 16-18.
Theme of the Winter School
School participants will study important issues such as: quantitative and qualitative approaches (methods) in public opinion research, including the measurement of error and reliability, data visualization, the importance of ethics and transparency issues, the peculiarities of conducting interviews and focus groups, and how a research instrument is developed using to collect data.
Trainers of Winter School:
As well as, professors of Ilia State University and members of the Association for Public Opinion Research, including heads of research teams of leading research organizations operating in Georgia – CRRC, ACT and ANOVA.

Who is winter school intended for?
Students of Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral programs in Political and Social Science or Statistics of Ilia State University can participate in the Winter School.
