How to improve institutional and individual performance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On April 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 17:00, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/USAIDHICD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">USAID HICD Activity\u2019s Facebook page<\/a> will host the first HICD LiveSpace event. Our guests, organizational development experts Giorgi Simongulashvili and Eka Katamadze will discuss and explain the HICD model, our project\u2019s signature method for performance improvement.<\/p>\n<p>HICD LiveSpace is series of development talks featuring the country\u2019s top business-consultants, field experts and members of academia to bring insights on the methods, tools, trends, and challenges in the fields of institutional and individual performance improvement.<\/p>\n<p>The moderator of HICD LiveSpace events will be Sophie Kereselidze, HICD Activity\u2019s communications specialist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About our guest speakers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>George Simongulashvili has about 20 years\u2019 executive management and consultancy experience in business development, strategy, organizational development, and corporate performance improvement.
