Into his research area fall the issues of reconnaissance and intelligence in the Central and Eastern European region, as well as those of cybersecurity and the energy sector, as well as the end of cold war: the disappearance of Iron Curtain, the fall of the SU and the era of Vladimir Putin. Mr. Lukas is also a vice-president of the EuropeanPolicy Analysis (CEPA).
