Rubin, Professor at\u00a0John Jay College of the City University of New York.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Venue:\u00a0\u00a0G. Tsereteli 2, Hall G 106, Ilia State University<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Attendance is free.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dr. Marilyn M. Rubin\u00a0<\/strong>is a Professor of Public Administration and Economics at John Jay College of the City of New York where she teaches courses in Fiscal Policy, Economics and Research Methods and is Director of the College\u2019s MPA Program. Dr. Rubin is currently a member of the Economic Advisory Board to the New York State Assembly Ways and Means Committee and the Property Tax Advisory Board to the New York City Department of Finance. She has authored several publications on fiscal policy and budget-related issues.
