Courses on international competencies\, intercultural management and Russian as foreign language \nMore than 25 years professional experience in various fields of activity in 60 countries worldwide for international organisations and enterprises. \nClaudia Maier\, BA MA \nClaudia Maier is lecturer at University of Applied Sciences Burgenland\, Austria. She gives lectures on Marketing\, Research Methods and Diversity Management. She also chairs the gender & diversity sector at University of Applied Sciences Burgenland and is an advocate for inclusion throughout the organization. \nHer research activities include social issues\, diversity and participation methods around the topic of climate change and energy transition in Austria.
