SUMMARY:HR Event Human Capital Reporting\, Strategic HR Management and HR Metrics
DESCRIPTION:On May 6\, at 12:00\, with the support of EVA and the British-Georgian Chamber of Commerce David Simmonds\, the founder\, and head of HCM metrics\, will give a lecture to students on the topic “Human Capital Reporting\, Strategic HR Management and HR Metrics”. \nAbout the speaker \nDavid Simmonds\, Chairman of HCM Metrics and HR Analytics\, is the first HR professional to receive professional certification under the ISO 30414 Human Capital Management Reporting Standard. \nHCM Metrics\, founded by David Simmonds\, is the first ISO 30414:2018 accredited auditing company in the world\, which offers companies results-oriented solutions based on principles\, data\, and evidence. \nAbout the lecture \nBy effectively implementing human capital reporting\, companies can gain tangible benefits\, and influence business partners and key stakeholders. Moreover\, they can increase the frequency of company decisions based on data and evidence\, strengthen cooperation with top management and make communication transparent and effective. \nThe speaker will review the international standard “ISO 30414:2018 – Human capital reporting”\, which offers organizations the opportunity to greatly increase the tangible contribution of human capital to business success.
