SUMMARY:Public lecture "Cybersecurity as a Profession"
DESCRIPTION:On October 31\, at 19:00\, the National Bank of Georgia in cooperation with the School of Technology of Ilia State University will hold a public lecture on “Cybersecurity as a profession.” \nAttendees will have the opportunity to learn detailed information about the profession: what cybersecurity is all about\, what responsibilities people working in this field may have\, learn more about the hiring process and ask questions. \nThe event will be held with the involvement and support of the National Bank of Georgia\, Ilia State University\, the educational platform “Finedu”\, the Banking Association\, “TNET” and five commercial banks – Bank of Georgia\, VTB Bank\, Liberty Bank\, Basisbank and ProCredit Bank of Georgia. \nCybersecurity service experts from the commercial sector will take part in the event. DESCRIPTION:As part of the university’s capacity development program\, Ilia State University will organize a public lecture on the topic: Early Market Validation – How to Make Sure You’re “Getting It Right Before You Build” On November 1\, at 18:00 PM \nSpeaker of the meeting will be: Karina Sotnik\, Founder and CEO of WorldUpstart \nKarina Sotnik is a serial entrepreneur\, mentor\, and advisor with over a decade of experience creating entrepreneurial ecosystems. She launched and ran the AppItUP Challenge\, a digital accelerator for novel mobile technologies resulting in creation of 19 new companies.
