DESCRIPTION:Ilia State University invites you to several interesting events on the international book and copyright day. \nThus\, on Wednesday\, April 23: \nFrom 11 a.m.  and all week a Book Drive will be set up by ISU A building entrance (Chavchavadze 32) – donate books that will be passed on to high altitude regions. \nFrom 11 a.m. and all day a wandering book event will take place on the bookstore Ligamus patio – leave or take books that you like. \n1 p.m. Iliauni students will stage a flash mob on Chavchavadze Av. \n2 p.m. National library will present Georgian nominees for the international Astrid Lindgren Award\, in bookstore Ligamus. \n3 p.m. A special guest\, children’s books author and illustrator\, Sandro Asatiani will read fairy tales to 6-8- year-olds in bookstore Ligamus. Ligamus staff will offer fun and engaging activities. \n5 p.m. Iliauni “Book Reading Club” will read Jean-Paul Sartre’s “The Wall” \n8 p.m. Iliauni theater students and graduates will perform a piece based on William Shakespeare’s sonnets on Iliauni Theater stage. \n\n\nEveryone is welcome to attend and participate in the events. \nWe are looking forward to seeing you! \n\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\n[wpai_display_imported_files_here]

Zazashvili Annual Conference “Trauma and Society: Research and Practice” \nIlia State University Psychological Health Resource Center\, Georgian Psycho Trauma Society\, Torture Rehabilitation Center  of Georgia\, Union “Sapari”\, and foundation “Global Initiative in Psychiatry – Tbilisi” are organizing N. Zazashvili Annual Conference “Trauma and Society: Research and Practice”. \nConference will take place on April 25 (2 p.m.) and April 26 (10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.) in ISU G106 hall.\nThe main topics of the conference are: \n– Psycho trauma mechanisms and characteristics\n– Treatment and care of post traumatic disorder\n–  Newest research in the field of psycho trauma; its influence on evidence-based intervention implementation. \nCardiff University Professor Jonathan Bison will open the conference with his presentation -“The impact of DSM5 and ICD11 on PTSD”; he will also lead seminar “Neurobiology of Trauma and Pharmacology”. \nGeorgian Psycho Trauma Society members and other professionals will present at the conference. \nConference will be held in English and Georgian. \n\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\n[wpai_display_imported_files_here]
