SUMMARY:Becoming a Global Learner
DESCRIPTION:On 2 May 2019\, at 16:00\, Julius Tsai\, Cultural Affairs Officer at Embassy Tbilisi will deliver a public lecture Becoming a Global Learner at ISU. \nJulius Tsai serves as Cultural Affairs Officer at Embassy Tbilisi.  He previously served in the Operations Center – the State Department’s 24/7 crisis and communications center in Washington\, D.C.; at the U.S. Embassy in Manila; and at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing.  Julius speaks Mandarin\, Taiwanese\, French\, German\, Japanese\, Tagalog\, and Georgian; he has also studied Classical Chinese\, Biblical Greek\, and Latin.  Before joining the Foreign Service Julius was a professor of East Asian religions at Temple University\, San Diego State University\, and Texas Christian University.
