DESCRIPTION:On May 2\, 15:00\, Ilia State University will host a presentation of the research “Pharmacy Market Research” by Iliauni Business Review (IBR).  Venue: G. Tsereteli 2\, Former Encyclopedia Building\, conference hall G 106. \nIliauni Business Review picked up the following huge and network pharmacies for the research:  Aversi; PSP; City Pharma and Pharma Center; Pharmadepo; Neopharma; 36\, 6; People’s Pharmacy and Pharma Guide. \nThe research aimed to conduct the comparative analysis of prices for the same medicines fixed by the pharmacies operating in the market of Georgia.  According to the obtained outcomes\, the research showed the most expensive and cheapest pharmacies supplying medicines to consumers. It is planned to familiarize a broad public with the research outcomes. \nIliauni Business Review stated that if the research outcomes be generalized\, we will get the following results:  if a family buys the most often used packet of medicines in the cheapest pharmacy\, they must pay 62 per cent more to buy the same medicines in the most expensive pharmacy. \nThe researchers of Iliauni Business Review carry out researches in different directions.  In the near future\, all information will be delivered dynamically to the society. DESCRIPTION:On April 25\, 15:00\, Ilia State University will host a presentation of the research “New Buildings Research – Price Analysis” by Iliauni Business Review. \nThe research covers in-depth information on new buildings in Tbilisi. More precisely\, it discusses the fixed price per square meter according to the districts of Tbilisi.  The research illustrates the ranking of the building companies.  In addition\, the research points up the living and non-commercial spaces.  The search was conducted from March 20 to April 20\, 2012. 39 building companies were studied under this research. The research incorporates large and well-known companies as well as companies with one building object. \nThe research has shown: \nThe district of Tbilisi where the fixed price per square meter of living space is the highest \nThe district of Tbilisi where the fixed price per square meter of living space is the lowest \nThe district of Tbilisi where the options offered by the companies are the most diverse \nThe district of Tbilisi where the lack of options is marked \nThe company proposing many building objects to its customers. \nThe company proposing few building objects to its customers. \nThe districts of Tbilisi where the current buildings are not marked \nIn general\, how many objects are proposed to the customers by each company? \nIliauni Business Review is being prepared by researchers of ISU Economic Researches & Consultation Center of ISU Department of Business. \n\n[wpai_display_imported_files_here]

DESCRIPTION:On May 16\, 16:00\, American Lawyers Ms. Diane Glauber and Mr. David Zisser will meet ISU students within the framework of the project “Community Development and Civil Rights – Experience Sharing”. Venue: Ilia State University Hall A 101. \nStudents will be given the chance to get information on the legal aid system and familiarize with the experience of the American Lawyers. Mr. Irakil Kobidze\, Director of Legal Aid Service\, will talk about the legal aid system in Georgia. \nThe development of Community Benefits Agreement took start in the United States of America\, California in particular. The Community Benefits Agreement implies the contract signed by a developer and local population (community groups) in the process of implementing specific investing projects. The local government could be one of the parts or participants of the agreement. The signatories are committed to meet their obligations undertaken through this legal document. \nThe Legal Aid System of Georgia started functioning in 2005 by the way of several pilot programs\, which were financed by international donor organizations. On June 19\, 2007\, the Parliament of Georgia adopted the law on Legal Aid\, covering the territory of Georgia. DESCRIPTION:On April 11\, 15:00\, Ilia State University will host a presentation of the research “Tbilisi Mineral Water Market – The Choice of Consumers”. The research is prepared by Iliauni Business Review (IBR). \nVenue: G. Tsereteli 2\, Former Encyclopedia Building\, G Hall 106 \nThe research aims at identifying the most popular mineral water in Georgia. The research was conducted from March 10 to 20 and 15 market objects of Populi network were studied in the eleven regions of Tbilisi. The choice of 65-75 people was fixed in each market object.  The research is focused on the choice of consumers and it doesn’t show the number of products sold. \nThe choice of 1054 people was studied in Tbilisi. The results are listed according to the brands\, the regions of Tbilisi\, sex and age groups.
