SUMMARY:ISU SCIENCE CAFÉ INVITING TO ATTEND GODERDZI DIDEBULIDZE’S PUBLIC LECTURE CLIMATE AND SPACE
DESCRIPTION:On October 12\, Wednesday\, at 18:00\, Iliauni Science Café is pleased to invite you to attend the meeting with ISU associate professor of the faculty of natural sciences and engineering\, Goderdzi Didebulidze\, in room E 207 of ISU. \nTopic: Climate and Space \nThe development of climate changes demonstrates its connection to the factors related to men\, as well as space. Long-term changes of atmospheric parameters may be related to the sun’s current solar activity cycle\, the current of galactic cosmic rays and atmospheric changes caused by human activities. It has been demonstrated that the global warming trend in the lower atmosphere of the earth is followed by global decrease in temperature (“global cooling”) in the upper atmospheric layers. The occurrence of this phenomenon has its own regional features\, which are also characteristic of the region of Caucasus. The trends of long-term changes of atmospheric and ionosphere parameters detected from the Abastumani observatory\, as well as their possible connections to cosmic and human factors will be demonstrated. \nTime: October 12\, 18:00 \nLocation: room E207\, Cholokashvili AVE #3/5\, ISU \nAll are welcome to attend the meeting. \n\n \n \n \n \n\n[wpai_display_imported_files_here]
