DESCRIPTION:On October 12\, at 17:00\, Prof Nebahat Avcıoğlu will deliver a public lecture on the topic “examples of modern and contemporary architecture in Europe\, Russia and Turkey.” \nAbout the Speaker  \nProf. Nebahat Avcıoğlu is an art critic and Islamic architecture specialist. His last paper is on mosque-museums in Europe. These unusual buildings are of hybrid nature and\, as the researcher considers\, they perform both theological and civic functions.
