DESCRIPTION:On September 28\, at 18:30\, at Ilia State University Book House “Ligamus”\, acclaimed researcher of the Soviet and Post-Soviet Russian politics and society\, Prof. Alyona Ledeniova will deliver a public lecture on the topic the Universe from Beneath: Materials from Global Informality Project. \nRegarding Speaker  \nAlyona Ledeniova serves as a professor at University College London and is considered world-level expert in informal governance in Russia.
