DESCRIPTION:On March 2\, at 17:00\, at Ilia State University Book House “Ligamus\,” former director of the Publishing House Penguin Random House\, John Makinson\, as well as Director of The McCain Institute in democracy and human rights and former president of The Freedom House\, David Kramer will deliver a public lecture. \nThe topic of the lecture: Clash of Values: Democracy vs. Autocracy \nThe lecture will be held within the programme of Leadership Academy for Development (LAD). The programme was founded by Stanford Center on Democracy\, Development\, and the Rule of Law (CDDRL) and The Economic Policy Research Center (EPRC).
