DESCRIPTION:On October 19\, at 15:00\, at room G 106 of Ilia State University\, Prof. Emma Losl will deliver a public lecture on the topic of Studying the Legacy of Assyrian Fathers: dividing myths and evidence.” \nRegarding the Speaker \nEmma Losl is a professor of The University of Exeter (The United Kingdom); she has successfully explored the issues of Eastern Christian countries for 2 decades. She has published a great number of books and scientific works in this field. Ms Losl has carried out archeological explorations into Syrian buildings of temples and monasteries of early Christian era for more than a decade. \nFurthermore\, Prof. Emma losl got interested in the history of Christianity in Georgia; her report presents some aspects of Assyrian fathers’ emergence and activities in a new perspective. \nTime: October 19\, 15:00 \nVenue: room G 106\, G.
