EU Energy Security and Challenges During the Ongoing War Seminar

On June 13, at 4:00 p.m., the seminar “Energy security of the European Union and challenges during the Ukraine-Russia war” will be held in “Ligamus” book house.

Dr. Atanas Georgiev, associate professor of Sofia University, dean of the Economics and Business Faculty, director of the Master’s program “Energy Markets and Services”, invited ubder the ERASMUS+ program, will discuss the topics of:

•  Energy geopolitics and energy markets
•  Russia-Ukraine war and its impact on EU energy security
•  Global trends, challenges and opportunities of the energy transition

The meeting is organized by the Institute of Energy and Sustainable Development of the School of Technology, at Business Technology and Education Faculty.

Students, researchers, energy, and international relations specialists are welcome to participate. Participation is open.
