International Commercial Business Contracts

On December 15, the Training Center of the Georgian Bar Association and the Georgian Bar Association will conduct the training for lawyers and ISU MA students concentrating on the private (business) law.

Venue: ISU room A 101

The training topics are the following:

• Drafting of the International Commercial – Business Contracts
• Choice of Law / Applicable Law;
• Choice of Jurisdiction/Dispute Settlement;
• Recognition and Enforcement of the relevant court decisions (in Georgia);

Prior to the training, the cooperation memorandum will be signed between the  Training Center of the Georgian Bar Association and Ilia State University.
