Public Lecture by Robert van Voren

On October 20, 2010, 6pm Ilia State University (address: 32 Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue, building A, room #101) will host a public lecture of Dutch scientist and civil activist Robert van Voren. Mr. Voren will talk about “Totalitarianism and Use of Psychiatry for Political Purposes”.
